1. About Us

These terms govern your use of services provided by Hi-Speed Delivery & Storage Limited ("Hi-Speed"). By engaging our services, you agree to these terms in full.

2. Our Services

Hi-Speed provides logistics and delivery services including same-day courier, UK overnight delivery, international shipping, pallet network distribution, storage, technical courier services, and pick & pack 3PL fulfilment.

3. Booking & Orders

All orders are subject to acceptance by Hi-Speed. We reserve the right to decline any order at our discretion. Once confirmed, orders are binding and subject to our standard rates and charges.

4. Prohibited Items

Customers must not submit for carriage any items that are illegal, dangerous, or prohibited under UK or international law, including but not limited to: hazardous materials, firearms, controlled substances, or perishable goods without prior agreement.

5. Liability

Hi-Speed's liability for loss or damage to goods in transit is limited to the declared value of the consignment, subject to a maximum of £50 per consignment unless additional cover has been agreed in writing. We are not liable for consequential or indirect losses.

6. Delivery Times

Quoted delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed unless a specific timed delivery service has been purchased. Hi-Speed will not be held liable for delays caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

7. Payment Terms

Payment is due in accordance with the agreed credit terms. Overdue accounts may be subject to interest charges in accordance with the Late Payment of Commercial Debts Act 1998.

8. Claims

Any claim for loss or damage must be submitted in writing within 7 days of the delivery date (or expected delivery date for lost consignments). Claims submitted outside this period may not be accepted.

9. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
